DAY 1

•Anatomy, mechanics and radiological diagnosis
•Dealing with patients of spinal disorders
•How to use the biomechanical reasoning in clinical practice?
•Surgical interventions for Internal Disc Disruptions.		 10:30 – 12:00 am
•Lunch break • 12:00- 1:00 pm
•Radiological biomechanics “Including practice” • 1:00 – 4:00 pm

DAY 2

•Internal Disc Disruption patho-mechanical correlations.
Pain nature Spinal cord and nerve roots (Radiculopathy,
Plexopathy, Neuropathy and Referred pain) Biomechanical
Factors affect treatment of the intervertebral disc.		 •10:00 -11:30 am
•Decompression theory and techniques “Lumbar treatment
principles”
Neurophysiology of late waves and practical application of
electrophysiological directed spinal management. Normal
reduction of IVD & physiology of nerve root decompression		 •11:30 – 1:00 am

•Practical application of lumbar spine integrated decompression

DAY 3

•Schools of thoughts in manipulative physical therapy. How to select proper approach based on the biomechanical basis.
•Concept and techniques of spinal maneuvers according to modeling based biomechanics.
•Decompression theory and techniques “Cervical treatment
principles” How to select proper techniques for patients of spin disorders among different back schools? Patients’ selection.		 •10:00 -12:00 am
•Lunch break • 1:00- 2:00 pm
•Practical application of cervical spine decompression techniques • 2:00 – 4:00 pm

DAY 4

•Deferential diagnosis.
•Dermatome, myotome research
•Extremity pain of non-vertebral origin. Extremity pain of vascular origin.		 •10:00 -12:00 am

•Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
•Spondylolisthesis pathomechanics & rehabilitations
